    Job Overview

    This is a full-time hybrid role for an NDIS Support Coordinator located in Hamilton, NSW, with flexibility for some remote work. As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting clients with access to support services, developing support plans, and coordinating various aspects of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) support ecosystem.

    Qualifications

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

      • Experience in disability support services or a related field

      • Knowledge of the NDIS framework and support services

      • Ability to develop and implement individualized support plans

      • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

      • Empathy, compassion, and a client-centered approach

    What You'll Do

    • Daily Support: Help our participants with their daily routines, from personal care to meal prep, all while keeping the atmosphere light and positive.

    • Cheerleader: Be a source of encouragement and motivation, celebrating the little wins and making every day enjoyable.

    • Skill Builder: Assist participants in reaching their goals, whether they’re learning something new or tackling a fun project.

    • Health & Safety: Keep an eye on participants’ health and well-being, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely in their living space.

    • Advocate: Stand up for our participants' needs and preferences, making sure their voices are heard and respected.

    • Documentation: Keep track of the fantastic progress our participants are making, noting achievements and any little hiccups along the way through detailed reporting of case notes.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience: Prior experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are just as important. We’ll provide all the training you need.

    • Skills: Strong communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to find joy in the little things.

    • Certifications: NDIS modules, working checks and certifications (e.g., first aid, CPR, WWCC) and a valid driver’s license are essential.

    • Attributes: A big smile, lots of patience, and a genuine passion for making people’s lives better.
